Sure, I think that the PE set is done by Eduard for Reji, so these should be the same. This PE set is 100% worth it's money. Without it, I wouldn't have been able to add some of the details I did. Furthermore it's suited for all Escorts. It even offers multiple front grille options (which I didn't use btw), but if you want to build one full detail (engine etc) you'll need them.
The upgrade set, on the other hand, is specific for this model (RAC'79) as it provides, steering wheel, correct seats, night beam covers etc.
I'm actually writing a report on this build on my site (hope to finish it in the next couple of days). Here's the link

A special note on the PSIMAT Cleaner stickering is needed!
If you look closer at the images, y'all (I love this Texan expression

) can see that on some of them the car has the PSIMAT Cleaner sponsoring sticker on the side windows and on some they aren't. What's the deal? My references showed that on the stages, these were not present on the car, but both Revell ànd Reji have them. Without checking I placed them on, to notice that this was a mistake, so I removed them again after the first photoshoot. My friend did some digging around and what appears to have happened, was that overnight the company PSIMAT Cleaner did actually do the cleaning of the cars and thus had their stickers placed on the cars. However, commercial window stickering was in fact forbidden and therefor they were removed once on the stages...
