Have patience on your insurance rates, I turned 20 in Feb and my insurance, liability only, on my 90 EX is under $350/yr and that's with one seatbelt ticket and two accidents, one my fault and one not my fault.
Personally I'd be a little wary of cheap insurance, take a peep at this to see what happened to me in 2000 just because the guy had more expensive insurance through Allstate How I got royally screwed by Allstate Insurance Anyway... enough about my BS Happy B-Day Melt, I remember 18, it blew for me but in that link you can see why

im at like 1200, liability only, 1 accident (my fault). I assume my rates will go down also once i hit 20

thanks everybody. My party was pretty lame only like 4 ppl showed up but i guess 4 is better than none even though I only knew 1 of them LOL.
