Re: Ls1(N/A) Vs Porsche GT3 (Not pretty)

Most sport bikes are faster then Dodge Vipers, the tomahawk was a wierd 4 wheeled motorcycle-esque vehicle that had the Viper's engine.

I'm pretty sure that the 996 GT3 did not have traction control, so the driver must have bogged. Clutches arn't cheap when the come from Germany.

Re: Ls1(N/A) Vs Porsche GT3 (Not pretty)

Buy a GSX750. I've heard alot of people speak accolades about those bikes. I believe they're not much slower then the Busa, and they are alot easier to hit corners with, being lighter and all.

If I had the money i'd buy a Honda CBR600F4i.

Nah I don't know much about bikes, but I was under the impression the Busa is still the fastest bike (in a straight line). Plus I think the Busa is the sexiest bike of all time... But that's just my opinion.

Ummm it wasn't a production bike... it was a concept only, just so they can say 'they did it'.

Mostly cause it wasn't rideable... sure we've seen the small clips of a test rider putting around a lot on it. But it's just too extreme to be riden.

oh yea, that's right, that bike wasn't topped off because the wind force was just too much, it was no way to top off the bike, unless there was like some super wind shield.

Re: Ls1(N/A) Vs Porsche GT3 (Not pretty)

Nope, it was a naked design... no fairing at all. I remember they claimed it had the power to do "250mph" or something rediculous.

But, you try and hold on to this at those speeds.

Stupidest thing ever...

EDIT: I guess Chrysler did produce a small number of them for folks who were dumb enough to buy it... even though they're not road legal... ...

Re: Ls1(N/A) Vs Porsche GT3 (Not pretty)

the tomahawk is a novalty bike that has 500hp from the viper V10. it also has 4 wheels. the bike technically isn't road legal, but it functions perfectly.

Meh, not me. I think the Busa's are the ugliest bike out there. The rear fender how it curves is just butt ugly. I would keep the CBR and never look back unless I was getting a 1000. But as said, those 600's are simply kick ass in the twisties and IMO would be way more fun to ride.

But anyway, nice death. Never really stood a chance.

I like how everyone is like oh congrats on your new LS1 and great races when 98StangGT says he has one with no pics. And then when Musashi gets the GTO and takes a picture of it everyone is like BS and you have to do "such and such" otherwise were calling BS. I mean, WTF!? Why the double standard? Has 98StangGT posted pics that I dont know about or is it still just trusting the words you see on your screen. And Stang: I'm not saying you don't have one, I just think its kind of F*#!ed up how two different people are treated so differently.

I remember a porche carrera gt playing with a dodge neon r/t 95-99 body, but i couldn't keep up to see how it ended, even though i have no doubt in my mind that porsche smoked that r/t. I just my power steering in my last car didn't go out. I really wanted to see that race.
