And it's definitely gonna take more then your CAI and exhaust for a 2.2, hope you got some kind of boost planned.

i know this post is like 10 days old...but it had to do with what I was going to ask..so let me tact on my 2 cents....The governor... NOT ASKING HOW TO REMOVE IT...just asking, It kicks in at 108 or 109 right? that's what i've heard like everywhere. However my car managed to go 113 the other day....so..either my speedo is wrong or it was somehow removed..

I bought this car, it had been wrecked before, so perhaps something they did might have dissabled the sensor?

if the sensor was disabled your speedo wouldnt work at all, neither would your odometer, you should have kept going to see how far it actually would have gone, i cant explain that however

oh okay, so How do i do it then? lol. Nah j/k. well there is a way to go around it and still have your speedo work right? b/c i've seen it ...don't ask me where, but I know i've seen it... oh well. Maybe the governor is broke. pity me, lol.

Actually I was racing around on the tollway with some friends and I called they guy next to me to ask him how fast I was going since his speedo went to 150.
