Re: Hazard/Turn Signal Relay Replacment ?
We have replaced the hazard switch on our 2001 Old Alero and it still makes the same ticking noise. We left the panel off and can feel the ticking in the switch when it makes the noise. We have the part from a GM dealer. What else can we do to elminate this noise because replacing the switch did not fix the problem?

Re: Hazard/Turn Signal Relay Replacment ?
Trixie22:
We took this car to an independant dealer. They replaced the hazard switch-did not correct the problem. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, in the Grand Am forum, there were directions to remove the steering column, and do a repair there. I printed that, took it to this service shop, and they did it for free. Fixed the problem...... I don't have the links on hand, but it should be easy to find if you do a search.
