most the people with camrys tend to be older and are not interested in modifying their car. so aftermarket companys wouldnt make expenisve performance parts for them. do wut im doin rite now man, dont do anything to the car (ur parents car? im guessing...cuz i wouldnt think you told them u wanted a camry...) and later when u get a good platform to work with then u throw down the big bucks. cuz cmon as normal hard working pple i think we can all agree we want the biggest bang for the buck...and with the 310 hp $23k camaro z28 gone , the title of biggest bang for the buck is up for grabs to anyone, probably the new cobra, but i would get the nex best thing man...

Pure straightline speed I agree with the Cobra being your best bang for the buck. Overall Package I say the 350z, handling I would say the Miata. Depends on what you are looking for.

Well my dad gave me his camry so I can keep it because he got a new 2002 Jeep Charokee. Well least I got a car for free. In the future time I will trade it or sell it. Is it good to sell camry? Will people like them?

dude man i cant believe u think the mustangs were made to be straight line cars... cmon they were also made for the road. this nex mustang along withn the other roush mustangs were made for road racing in mind. svt really did it this time combining all the things they learned over the years, like adding more power due to the weight of the car in turns, from back breather super/c inspirsed by the lightning, they took the suspension team from the svt focus, they used 17 inch rims when they could have had 18 inch rims just cuz the 17s would handle better on the road, the rear of the suspension is more meant for road racing and is really not too drag friendly....im serious man when ur lookin for the best overall performance oriented powerful and nice handling car, the total package in terms of practicality (4 seats) and looks (i think this current model is kinda old and shoe boxy, but all the gurls around here seem to love it) then the stang has to be at the top of the biggest bang for the buck...i love the imports, but dang im tired of waiting for toyota to match or even compete for that title. i repeat, where is the true toyota performance sports car that will compete, the camaros gone now, but they better not think they can wait out the mustang, fight dang it the enthusiasts are waiting for a new rival car...

My statement was that a miata is the best handling car for the dollar.

Miata .92 skidpad $20k
Cobra .90 skidpad $35k

Also the Cobra weighs 3664lbs, that does not sound like it was made with road racing in mind to me. It was made to spin tires, cuz that's what sells cars to 20-30 year old men in America.

I'm not dissing the car. .90 gs and 390hp for $35k is pretty impressive IMO.
