I went to their store 2 days ago to pick up an order. They were polite and corteous. If they have what I'm looking for and the difference in price is not to much compared to HLJ (say, $100 vs $85), I will order from them just to support my local hobby shops. Not to mention that I can pick up my order in a day or 2 instead of having to wait a couple of weeks for stuff to arrive from Japan. It's just nice to have a local hobby shop for those times I need something urgent and can't wait.

Same here man. They are a few minutes drive and its much faster to pick up my stuff than waiting for a delivery. I also personally think they have better kits than Hobby People and House of Hobbies in Burbank. I switch back and forth between Best1 and House of to support the small shops in my area. House of Hobbies is loaded with supplies and Best1 has good kits.
