Totally agree. I just tried to ACTUALLY move. Just wanted to switch my license from NY to PA. They are bordering states...you would think it wouldn't be that hard. I swear it was actually easier for this 16 year old in front of me, to get a license, then it was for me to transfer over my current NY license. I was literally about to say screw it, just give me some keys, an instructor, and I'll just start from teh beginning like this little brat just did.
This was a week and a half ago...Progress made = 0% License expires in t-minus 7 days and counting. Screw racing...I wont even be driving  or able to get in bars

I know how ya' feel. I want to register the LeBaron and I didn't register it last year when it came up in June and I haven't driven it on public roads since then either. Well, I call up the DMV to address this problem since I don't want to have to re-register it come June this year. I explained to them that the car hasn't been used since June of last year and that I have another car that I drive that is registered and they pulled that up to verify. However, I don't see the point since they told me I would have to pay for last year regardless. I shouldn't have to pay for last year but they don't care.

i actually had to have the driving school (300 DOLLARS)
then pass the test...but the pure white lady diddnt like me cuz of the music i was listening too....or so i thought..then right at the end, the cars brakes go out.....so i fail...and had to wait another 6 damn months to get my lisense when i shoulda had it 6 months ago...my dmv is actally smart people, just are annoying for the lines though...
