the driver was probaly a bad driver cuz i dont really think a spec V can beat a rsx type S juss look at the 1/4 mile and 0-60 times the rsx is better.dont get me wrong the ser spec V is still a tyte car.dats juss my opinion. No wait its a fact.

if u race the 1/4 mile the rsx would win cuz it got a better time.Every mag sayz the 1/4 of the rsx is around 15.2-15.4 and the spec V is around 15.6-15.9.There still close.the rsx would win by a little.

Yes believe me i no what the mag says but i witnessed it. And the rsx type s also had an exhaust the spec v kills it in torque.

But maybe it was the drivers i have no idea. I dont wanna try to make this sound like an argument both cars rock

Personally I think the SVT focus is better than the Spec V, since it has better grip, lateral gs, slalom speed, braking. Basically all aspects except acceleration (15.7 1/4 mile) and # of doors.

Heh, I didn't mean beefed up Sentra in a mean way...

Spec V's kick ass, I wanted one for a long time... And I dunno if it would kick my ass, I imagine it would be kinda close *shrugs*

Anyone own a Spec V who lives near Temecula/Escondido/Lake Elsinore California? I'll run ya

I beleive that the spec-v stock would beat the rsx because it has mor torque and frrom wat i've seen off dyno tests about the same hp
go to magnaflow.com and check catback systrems for the rsx and look at the dyno tests.
Also the spec v will have better handling because of the limited slip.

Ive raced a Spec V a million times with my RSX-S. My best friend has a Spec V. If I fuck up my launch he will beat me. Well depending on how far we race. Stop light to stop light its all on the launch. The V has a better low and and the S has a better high end. Ive also driven his car and the S is an all around better car. The handeling on the Spec V is great tho.
