i mean no offence to the author of this thread but making a petition here isn't going to do that much in the long term and is in my mind, next to useless.
if you want your voice heard, you're better off sending e-mails+letters directly to tamiya offices. Shouting at them is better than shouting in a forum.

C'mon Tamiya there's a lot of beautiful designs out there! Not just Enzo and a bit strange...well more like pimp up Boxster..The Carrera GT...and the weird proportion of the SLR!

New BMW MZ4 Coupe, BMW 1, Aston Martin Rapide, DB9, DB5, Lotus Elise, Caterham yup not Lotus Seven!, Ariel Atom 2, Mercedes CLS AMG, Range Rover Vogue or even Landie Discovery, Bentley Conti GT's...I can go on for days with this!

I'm quite fed up with the diecast market! So c'mon Tamiya!

well it's just an id, but isn't it posible that somebody here starts a petition where we can note our 5 modeling dream cars on. And for every 100 people that vote, tamiya automaticly get's an email with the results? Tamiya must know about this forum because it's so big. And if they are still not listening to their costumers after that.. well screw them then...

...my point is, sure this is a big forum and it is one of many out there.
As was hinted at near the start of the thread that this kind of thread is so common that it is " a new level of blah"

i don't doubt that the kit producers are aware of these threads on these kind of boards but if you're going to go the effort to start another thread about it, why not make the little extra effort and make it official; send requests to them directly?

I think it's the licensing crap between the kit manufacturers and car companies that's preventing some of these cool cars from becoming plastic.
