A couple weeks back, we were talking about making desktops and logos for www.4thgenerationcivic.com. Ami said she was gonna put some kind of criteria together that we could work with and maybe host some kind of contest/poll to vote for the best ones or something like that. I think that'd be really cool.

Anyways, Jeff, is the splash design on the one you posted the design you're looking for?

here we go again. yes, when the time is right i will post up what i am looking for and everybody can vote on the design to be used. HOWEVER, it's not gonna happen right at this moment. if you want to create something now, cool. hold on to it. i promise, sometime in the near future we'll do this. there are some requirements that will need to be met. here are a couple of major ones...

i really do not want the site's name in the logo. the image can have detail but, keep in mind it will be used on things like hats, shirts, and stickers...so don't go crazy with detail (some detail might be lost in print). and finally, the design will become property of the site. please do not submitt anything if you DO NOT want it trademarked as 4thGenerationCivic.com's logo. i know that sounds silly but i have to say it. i don't want to hold a vote and then not be able to use the people's #1 choice due to that not being clear.
