Na j/k in all seriousness, I agree with you there Snowie, my chest is very strong for someone who is only 5'10 and 160 lb's, I can bench about 220lb's (Roughly) 2 or 3 times, I guess it is because when I was abou 12 I had man-breasts (go on laugh it up then, the Moss Monster will come and use my ultra strong stirring switch against you ) and now just have a large chest diameter.:finger:

you're lucky, you had something to work off. when i started lifting i weighed about 110 lbs as a junior in highschool and i could bench press about 115. now i'm 140 and i can bench 200, but i had to develope everything, it sucked.

My chest is pretty strong, my triceps arnt, so only like 200 for my bench, but I used to weigh 270 (I now weigh 170). But because of my old weight and the lifting I used to do I can push around 800 pounds

In retrospect I can throw a 100 pound object a good distance, I have to every night at work :bandit:

Snowie: yeah, but it is all rewarding once you work toward your goal, is your rib-cage any larger in diamater than what it used to be??? That is something I certainly noticed as well as widening shoulders, but I guess I was lucky having something to work from, also are you aiming to take it any higher????? I hope to be able to do 300 by the end of the year

You appear to be unarmed. :finger:

Enough!

The bickering can stop any time now. Joke's gotten old. New topic.

I've already given my answer for what I think is my strongest. Let's generate some other HONEST answers or just abandon the thread.

I just want to break 220. It seems like my family has a weightlifters block when they reach that weight, i don't think either of my brothers have gotten past that. but they were also twice my size at my age. i think i'll go to the gym in a few minutes.
