The kit was washed and allowed to dry before I primered it. I made sure to sand it too. It was about 90 degrees fairenheit outside. I guess I should have just put on one coat of primer instead of two. No problem though, I will just fix it tomorrow.

If you want my opinion it was probably too humid. At 90 degrees, it most definitely was probably sticky and humid, and the spray cans always have warnings to never spray in high humidity.
