Well guys, so far so good. The dealer replaced the MAF with a new one instead of a refurbed (like previously mentioned as a solution). I wish I would have had time to screw with it...oh well. Hopefully this will help someone else.
I appreciate everyone's responses. I've been traveling a lot for work lately and haven't really given the car a good test, but so far it seems to be running smooth again.
