Cars are lousy "investments". Given an average car, you're usually really lucky if you can get what you paid for it. Given a sports car that has been upgraded, you are usually lucky if you can get 1/2 or even 1/3 of the upgrade money back.

I guess my point is you might as well have fun. There is a risk of breaking it, but if you go too far down that line of thought you'd never drive it for fear of racking up alot of miles or getting hit.

Steady rate mutual fund, now there is a good investment, especially if you go into it now.

property, land, real estate...those make good investments. Cars depreciate and the need/want for them as time goes on is continuously getting smaller and smaller, expecially with the price of the necessitie in life becoming more expensive. People are forced to spend all of their money on living rather than entertainment.

Seeming as the last "investments" I've made into my cars, I've turned pretty good profits on... Granted, I won't turn one with the Audi, but it's too Damn expensive to fix, so I'll keep her unbeaten.

How about... Oh I don't know... Actual driving? Like road coursing perhaps? What they were designed to do. Just because a car is RWD and sporty, doesn't mean you need to go slinging it around a parking lot just to burn down some expensive tires, and look cool.

nah...doing doughnuts is only fun when you get your tires to the point where you need new ones anyways.

^that's why I've been noticing too, how bout we put it this way... as long as it's an auto it's a woman-mobile ... yea this one woman from my work was loooking for a car for her daughter, and they wanted this jetta and so they asked me to go check it out with them, so I was like okay... so she drove me back to her house from work and he daughter came down the stairs, and I was like hot DAYMN!!! none the less she bought the jetta which proves the theory that hot girls love to drive jettas..
