Can we get a break on cable bills

I got Adelphia and I like them, they've always helped me out. Several months ago I get home from work on a friday and the cable's out. They said it would be monday at the earliest to fix it. I said I needed the net to do school related research and I wanted to watch a baseball game later that night. The tech was there in less than an hour. That's the good. The bad, my bill is over $120/month. I'km sorry, but that is nuts, I've been looking into satellite and it seems to be a lot cheaper as is DSL, but I am not sure they DSL in my neighborhood. I need to call.

Man, if they ever pulled that ish with me, I would not let them get away with it. Hey we'll be there after 5 when we already canceled 4 times. Hey we're here at 8:30, come let us in! I would say: wait there until I get home at 5:00, or I'm calling your boss, his boss, his boss' boss, filing a complaint with every agency I can find, AND getting satellite.

I think they would wait.

Man, it took over a month for Comcast to finally fix my high definiton service. They kept coming to my house and i kept telling them, just go outside and do the work, the last guy was here and said something has to be fixed outside. It was almost comical because at least five times someone came in and started going behind my TV. Argh! I will flip if the service goes out again.
