If he saw you do the whole thing then no it wont work. If he didnt then you might be able to make up some bs story. IMO though i would tell the truth. Just remember just because you didnt see him doesnt mean he didnt see you. Point being if he saw you do it and you make up some bs he'll know that your bsing the court and tell the judge. After that the judge will have no mercy for u.

It could pass as that. I mean honestly i cant say yes or no due to the fact that I didnt see it so i dont know what he saw. You know what i mean?
