What we think is influenced by personal experience and accumulated "book" knowledge. Thus, an opinion backed by a fact and experience is going to be more cogent than one that is not.
Also, no one bashed anyone that believed these braces dont work. Someone simply stated a fact/statement, which I'm sure caused some people to change their opinion or challenge that fact.

Here's a little about the flex: the flex you see when the car is on stands translate into flex while braking, turn-ins, etc. Some race cars with full cages dont use the braces because the roll cage they use goes through the firewall and acts as a brace itself to increase the frame rigidity. My opinion is, they work.

91CRXTC, this is pretty much what I would have answered.

Also, I did not know my answer was a "bash" on anyone.
I guess all the newer members in here are too sensative.

Re: what you guys think about this???

ok i went back and relooked at them, i now realize that they bolt to the car in 3 places...both door hinges and on the front end not the fender. as for that it makes much more sence to me, i thought it was for fiberglass fenders to keep them from flexing cuz their FG. I can see how they would REDUCE front end flex and twist therefor they do make sence to have on your car. im not saying that im gonna go out and get a set but i do agree now that they do serve some type of purpose. i was not bashing for the post or at all, i was just voicing my premature opinion on something i didnt fully understand, but after listening to may of u here voiceing there opinions about this threads topic i decided to go back and check again to look alittle deeper into the construction of this brace. so i didnt mean to piss any1 off i just wasnt fully aware of its abilities. but at least i wasnt being ignorant like some people here tend to be(not pointing any fingers), which is why i like commin on here cuz sometimes a good aguement will lead to some good info. i hope yall or some1 can forgive me.
