Maxwinamp, you've joined here too? I taught you only build Gundams... By the way... you've done a good job there...

realised that i ran out of sealbelt buckles...
so have to wait till next week to do them..
meanwhile do more coats on the body and some touch up on the spoiler..

some small gap at the edge.. putty and sanded and primed and painted...
(still need to do wet sand)

progress is slow this weekend..

I had to redo the body because of this....

Dumped into STP Brake Fluid for 40mins,scrub away with old toothbrush.. and ready to rock...

While redoing the paint works of the main body.. i finish up the rest of the internals..

the red sticky ribbon thingy is from studio 27 seat belt set, and the seat belt PE are from eduard (as i have used up the studio 27 ones for the evo and peugeot 206)

The nismo decal is from the kit, i cut it to size and place onto the 'belt'

Will need to see where to touch up when i finish the body...

(hmm dont like this sony P32... colours comes out weird....)

mindless polishing with nuvous 2 and followed by 1.
err.. not PERFECT gloss finish.. but i am getting there...

still need to paint the internals of the chasis black

My PE for the wheels stencil just came in

Nice to see that you managed to fix the bodywork , it's looking good, have you got any pics of the tyres painted with those pe stencils? be interesting to see how they turn out.

Looking good!
This is such a nice livery, I built one myself last year and took a first in the box-stock category with it.
Well executed build, those stencils for the tires gives an excellent look to the tires.
