Yea a lot of women have this whacked out idea that the only reason you became friends with them was because you wanted to get some, and this was all part of "your master plan." Women forgot that men are not really complicated creatures. All we want is not to be fucked with and then we're pretty happy. They don't get that after being friends for awhile that feelings develop that go beyond friends, and that is just natural. If she thinks she's so special, they screw it leave her alone and go find some other chick then flaunt it in her face. lol. seriously fuck it man, life's to short to be worrying about this shit. And on a different note, i'm in the same boat as you man, the same situation (esentially) happened to me a couple of years ago and it took my friend a whole year just to start talking to me, and even then she was a bit on the odd side. SHe's fine now, 2 years later

I still find it so bizarre that some chicks are so shallow/naive/immature that they freak out if a guy even hints at alterior motives. I've had tons of guy friends profess their love of me, I let them down easy, and we're still friends. I've even fooled around with a couple, stopped, and we still continue to be friends.

I have a theory. My theory is that guys and girls can't be friends without there being more romantic feelings either way at least at some point. I don't think this is a problem, and can even strengthen a friend relationship.

I tend to get along better with guys, most of my friends are guys. The few chicks I get along with are like me, they don't like chicks. I've been there many times, and I just don't find it a humungo problem at all.
