Think that Thug is right, blurring would look like movement, 'cause in real life you can't see them clear either. But how do u make those light effects?? Tried it a bit, but it comes only with to much light at the wrong ways

for wheels, use motion blur, and set it to radial

you might want to blur the ground too!! parallel to the car so that you dont have a car moving on still ground....
or better yet... if you can turn those wheels (dont know if you can) you could blur the lines at some angle relative to the car and make it look like a nice rally power slide!!! ~mike |

Try motion blur in the opposite direction of the car, then blurring the wheels; maybe in a circular motion.
I did a motion blur for a school project with an evo6 and it turned out looking nice. What I did was more complicated. I cut the rims out and placed brake rotors and calipers in then put the rims back on and did some circular motion blur for the rims. I forget what program I did, it was last year.
