First off I bought my truck new and changed my diffs every 25-30k miles. Now I have Yukon 4.88's and an Auburn LSD. Which makes it a lot stronger. As for the GM 10 bolt, it gets a bad rap. While it is no 14 bolt SF, it is not as bad as most people think. A majority of the problems stem from the inferior G80 locker (made by Eaton). Those tend to blow up first taking the pinion out with it.
