That explains the limited number of photos of that pair wearing race numbers that don't jive with their LeMans race numbers.

I think you're right. The livery of number 24 is the same as 17R at LeMans in 1996 (US flag) and the livery of 25 looks like 16R at LeMans (France and UK flags),which is what 18R is now...

Either right-click and copy the link location and then paste in a new window. Or go to his album: http://community.webshots.com/album/105660921DhZeil

Because Webshots tries to block remote hosting, but there are several ways around it. I've explained them all in two threads. The one I have resorted to using most often is clicking the link and hitting 'F5' to refresh once the page loads.

Hey Peloton,

Notice any similarities between TAK's shots and the shots posted by tvrfreak in the shop? Could be the same timeframe?

TAK your shots are great and BTW welcome and thank you for the shots, very much appreciated.

The photos that tvrfreak took are dated 6/2002, so over 1 year later.

Here's a link:

Bonus points to someone who notices something interesting in this pic. Hint: Its been discussed in a thread recently.

Its easier to see in the hi-res pic:

I see a Citroen-style mirror folded in on a silver car.

I also see a poster-sized version of my avatar that I would love to have.

There's also a poster to the right of it that appears to be of 01R, 10R, and an LM (maybe?) that might be new. I have never seen it before.

And the car being worked on doesn't look anywhere close to bein complete. But it has a white/silver trim on the door. Is that a car that you are familiar with?

I haven't seen it either, but the mystery car appears to be a Gulf longtail GTR with it's baby blue top color and orange wheels. That makes sense if you think this shot was probably taken the same day as the grouping of 6 on that same piece of asphalt. The two we can identify, plus the Gulf longtail, would be the other three cars missing from the F1/LM/GT shot.

Looks like an intensive service/refit going on there. No clue which car it could be.
