Re: buying used parts from ebay

shit if i could find a wire harness and a t56 on ebay for my cars new setup i would buy it from e bay..... i would do it. my boy gets his parts off of there alot...and u also gotta remember its not just people at home selling stuff, but alot of shops sell over stock on e bay. and the buy it now prices are much cheaper than what they sell it for in the shop. i got my clear side markers and front break lights from e bay from a shop in texas, on ebay for both sets i paid 67 bucks with shipping, i called the store to see if i could just go through them without the whole set up an ebay account and they were selling that same set up for 130. i was like daaaaaamn. so u can get better deals buying off ebay

Re: buying used parts from ebay

I bought a CORSA Cat-Back exhaust once from some guy in Ohio for 300 bucks. I got the thing and all it was was the muffler, I go back and check the ad on ebay and it said muffler only so I wasn't pissed at him for it, but the thing was dented halfway into the damn muffler, like someone hit it with a baseball bat so I called him, we agreed I'd get my money back so I packed it up and sent it back, but I never got the 300 bucks back, I harrassed him for months but nothing. Ebay suspended him but that's all that happened. Still pissed off about it, that was 2 years ago

Re: buying used parts from ebay

E bay is a great place to get parts at a good price. The best thing to do is look at thier ebay rating and how much they sell. For the most part it's all srtaight up, and people like me sell stuff on ebay because it's alot easier to get rid of that way, there is always somebody looking for what you have to sell. Like my Dad says "There's an ass for every seat."
