Re: Chicago street racing

Most generally don't post the locations of where they street race. Though the chances are slim, it is an open forum, and I can name at least 1 instance where a guy got busted by a cop on a board (no lie). So it's kind of like an unwritten rule not to post street names.

Very nice Dart judging from the pic though. I'm definantly awaiting more pics.

I'm from Chicago. All I can tell you is to find your own races. Im not gonna tell you where the organized street races are over the internet so i get my ass and everyone else in trouble. Go to the car shows or just ask ppl that look like they have modified cars.

Very nice car. So what have you done to the motor (power #)? Any quartermile times? It looks like you have some experience in building nice cars. Man, just checked out that engine shot and that radiator hose looks like it's almost touching those pulleys, very close tolerances.

Hmm, I didnt even notice that the 1st time I looked at the engine... My eyes were automatically directed to the red Corvette sign on the engine.

But yes once again it is a very nice clean car.

Re: Chicago street racing

Looking at it, you can tell that's not near the pulleys. If you compare the two pics. You can see that it's just an illusion.

That, and it's an automatic.

Still really clean though, so I wouldn't care!
