According to the April 2006 (04/2006) issue of German enthusiast car magazine Sport Auto, the Audi R10 project will cost Audi €70 Million per year.

WOW...thats insane, makes you think how much they're making...seems like the "group c" days are back with their million dollar cars.

Peugeot will have to spend a lot of time and money on their new diesel-powered LMP1 to keep pace with the new Audi R10 TDI.

Yea...A LOT...Audi has been dominating every type of racing it participates in...they're made history in the prototype scene with the R8 and now the diesel-powered R10, so it will be tough. But in all honesty I rather have BMW or MB commit themselves to the challenge. Wouldn't you agree...
