Front - 18x9.5 +7 (+12 w/ 5mm spacer) with 225/40s
Rear - 18x10.5 +15 with 255/35s

So the front is +12 offset if you use spacers? Or is it +12 if you don't use spacers. Spacers (5mm) give you +5 offset if I understand offset correctly. So without spacer the wheels are +12 right?
Btw, that car is gorgeous.

The wheel is +12 but the spacers gives it -5 so the final offset is +7.
