i heard you get one if you beat professional all japan GT or somethin like that, but know that there are 4 cars you can win and you are given them randomly so it might take a lot of tries

Nah SCR this isn't true. But I bet the Lambo is hidden just like the CLK-DTM was in GT2, you probally have to use a GameShark to get it.

One reason I bought the game in the first place was for the Lamborghini. I rushed out the day it came out. I was crying like a little school girl cuz I've waited so long for a Lambo in GT3. A week later I found out it was taken out. I was very mad. Damn Lamborghini, you stupid fuckwits. It would be best if the car was IN the game. I swear the moron(s) at Lambo who deal with this should get hit by a speeding bus. I should take over their positions cuz I'd actually do the RIGHT thing.

Yeah, there are too many nice exotics left out in the Gran Turismo series, like Ferraris, Lambos, and the McLaren. The 'Formula' cars are fast, but people don't play GT for simply the fastest. They do to simulate driving the cars they like.

I, for one intend to get the PS2 CD enhancement that you can find here and there on the internet to be able to play international games and trade my US GT3 for the UK or Japanese version of GT3, SOLELY for the Diablo. I couldn't care less about the lowly RS-X anyways.

Cool Listen UP! The TRUTH

Alrighty, time to shoot holes through this turkey...

First off, the Diablo cannot be obtained through playing the actual game.

Sorry.

Next off, it would be extremely difficult to get it with a Gameshark (or similar hacking device), if not outright impossible. Polyphony did a right good job scrambling it.

Sorry.

On the good side, if you have a sharkport (which can be found at BestBuy or Gameshark.com), you can download a save from IGN.com for the American version of the game that has the Diablo. Apparently a very good hacker converted the data from a save on the Japanese game to the American game's format... thus enabling the Diablo GT. My advice?

I'm buying a Sharkport for my PS2.

Cha-cha-cha.

Buzzbum is right...I just bought a Sharkport and downloaded a save that included the Diablo and all of the rare cars, including all the F1 cars. The Diablo has 591 hp stock, but mine has 953 or something. It's fast, but the brakes aren't that great, and it has persistent power-off understeer. I can typically run about 2 seconds faster on Tokyo with my Viper GTS-R concept (940 hp or so).

I also second the Sharkport method. It was announced in some past gaming publications, as well.

Sharkport; nifty device.

You can only do it with a Sharkport. If you have one, you can download a pre-made saved game with several rare and hidden cars, including the 911 GT3. I have it, and it does have Porsche emblems, however, the wheelbase is slightly screwed up, it's a little too long, so the wheels don't fit quite right. They obviously didn't put too much effort into making the car, since it's not officially even in the game...

That car is awesome. It might kick a** in the game. Well, the car looks sweet anyway. Since when does Lamborghini make crappy cars?
