Hello qwerty4321, did you strip the heads of the last 2 screws that hold the IAC valve in place? I think thats what you tried to say on your previous post. if you did, you could still remove them using a small pair of vice grips. once there removed you can replace them with new screws or cut a slot in the head of the screws (using a dremel with a cutting wheel attachment or use a hacksaw). then just reinstall them using a standard slotted screwdriver instead of a phillips screwdriver. hopefully you were able to clean the IAC valve in place well enough to solve your problem with your car.
