Unfortunately, my CEO. I put a dink in the fender of the company pick-up. It was not good.

Not that I had anything to do with this thread, but I thought, "fuck it!", lets bring this ancient topic back to the top.

How about I bitch a little bit now because it's so damned hot?? I mean this is Connecticut! What's up with this high of 102 degrees crap?! If I wanted to be subjected to heat like this, I would have moved to Texas like my brother. Fuck this dog days of summer heat wave bullshit!! Sad, that in one of my few posts on AF these days, I choose to write about this. I miss being here.

As for cursing at my bosses, you won't hear a peep from me. Things aren't perfect, because hey, life isn't perfect, but it's still pretty good. Once this heat subsides, I'll have little to be unhappy about.. and that's not to say that I'm unhappy now. I think about all my coworkers that have field work right now, and are stuck trying to stay cool (not to mention not get sunburned) being outside all day, while I sit in my 70 degree climate controlled office and watch weather updates on-line.

Anybody else want to jump onto the cursing the heat / evil boss band wagon?

107 here today. You can have it.

Interesting lesson that proves true here, that you always want to try what's on the other guy's plate. I could really go for some rain right about now!!
