Haha sucks for you, everyone thinks highly of both my cars and somehow word got around the school that I was the guy who drives a green Camaro. When people go, "hey you're the one who drives that green Camaro right?" Im all surprised because didnt think that many people would know about it.

some kid in my high school with a lowered civic hatckback, and some jersy accent i think, was talkin crap about me bein a stupid redneck, and makin a bunch of jokes about my family. i ain't takin that so i told him i'd kick his yankee ass, throw him in his caah and run them booth over, he got scared and shut up cause he knew i could do it

back then I drove a red camaro (and still do) ...
the kids in my highschool were stupid as hell. There was kid that drove a 1.4l saturn with a "Saturn Racing" decal... boy you should have seen him go when he put all 50hp to the pavement.... Almost everyone had huge wings on their FWD cars...

*maybe its just me, but a domestic icon would really be a corvette, camaro, mustang, etc.. definately not a neon or cavalier..

The car companys are just moving with the times and trying to tap into the import market. The ecotec motors in the cavalier's and now cobalts can actually put out the smack when done up right. A lot of those drag racing cavaliers use the stock blocks. But course they are turbo charged out the butt... And the srt-4 is a speedy little thing. With a simple waste gate upgrade those thing drop into the 13's. The cobalts have been doing well in the scca events too. I wouldnt mind owning any of those. I think they earn the right to be called domestic performance cars. But just as Kaotic said....just my 2 cents....

true.. would just make more sense if these cars were modified.. just huge wings and stickers.. not even loud, annoying exaust..
