How much does a manual transmission cost?

New : $ (xxxx amount of dollars)
Used: $ (xxxx amount of dollars)
Re-Built: $ (xxxx amount of dollars)

Can someone give me estimates on all 3 mentioned above? And I don't see any on eBay...only automatics and I don't want an auto tranny. I'd like to stick with my 5 speed tranny...and I don't need any generic @$$ junk transmissions either....just OEM.

I think you should buy a rebuilt trans. My dad got his rebuilt but it cost like $2,000(rip off) But i think you could get one from maybe $500-$1,500.

Ok.....this "thank you" goes out to the people who actually made an effort in contributing to giving me advice or opinions and such about my transmission.

The rest of you...who went off and decided to talk about benzy's and other what-not.....um.....how about making a seperate thread about that and not rant about other things.....NOT pertaining to the subject at hand. I mean....is this too hard to ask or what?
