how adjustable are your shocks? or are they like typical honda and seized screws from day of delivery?

haven't messed with the setup yet, but as I've read on mags, I've experienced good amount of dives from the front end under moderate 1-finger braking. I think the rear is adjustable as well, and to be honest, rear is very smooth, it's the front that I don't get a good feel.
