yeah but depends on where and what time and how loud. IE: if in a residential neighborhood at 3 am I could understand him getting a ticket if the windows in the houses were rattling.
If he was sitting at a traffic light in town, no houses, and radio was up a bit but not "bumping" then the cop's a total asswipe. Believe me, I can't stand when the little rice boys' bass rattles the windows in my house and wakes my kids up at 5 am. BUT, I shoot out their windows with a 10 pump airgun if I can drag my ass out of bed fast enough. 2 under my belt.

It was 5:45PM at a major intersection, It wasn't even loud, i know it's loud when my adams apple starts to rattle.
