Would the police know about this? If not, I would let them know and to keep an eye out. (I don't want to buy drugs myself, I just hate those who traffic it and sell it, to those who wish to waste their lives away on them).

I googled it, and found out the same things people have been saying on here. I guess the only REAL way to tell would be to go ask someone throwing shoes on the powerline in different areas.
