nad that's why you carry a hammer/hard metal object straped to the side of your bike, someone tries that, grab it and smash his windows. plus it takes your had off the throttle and lets the guy pass you or grab it with the other hand and pass him but throw it at his windshield.
as i've said on numerous occasions, I hate stupid people.
