ricers can drive anything they want. They just rice it.

Underbody neons are cool in my opinion, on any vehicle (well maybe not old ass beat up cars that dont deserve any cosmetic mods) as long as the lights don't stick out from the bottom. That's just cheesy.

and underbody neons wont make you think its an emergency vehicle. pleeaasee. the lights on emergency vehicles are visible from miles away. Neons are visible from like 20 yards. Very had to get it mixed up. Especially since emergency vehicles dont usually use underbody flashers.
