I will go ahead and replace the injectors.
Is there anything else I should check while I'm changing them?

Just make sure you lubricate the injector o-rings with vasoline before installing. Also if you haven't replaced the fuel pressure regulator now would be a great time to do it since everything will be out anyway.

Thank You!!

Sorry for the delayed response, I wanted to make sure there were no further problems before I replied.

The car seems to be fixed.
I went ahead and replaced the fuel injectors with a new set and for the past week it has been running fine -- no noticeable problems.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the help and feedback I received from everyone.
