when the 99 civics first came out, the price differences between the two were $1000-$2000 of a difference brand new. the si will always have better everything from suspension to the b16.
why did i buy the si twice?..........................because why not spend the extra $1000-$2000 for a better swap, better suspension, body, interior, and P195/55 VR15 Michelin XGT4 on some nice si alloys? its mpg still rivals other civics with 26 on the streets and 31 on the highway.

D16Y8+turbo=better than Si
i would still buy an Si or an Integra

try boosted b16 vs boosted d16 b16 vs d16
