Are those tires street legal? How about the exhaust? Does it use catalyc converters? Would it pass emissions?

I could just see it some guy in what he thinks is a tricked out cars see's this guy at a light, rev's. Then the guy's think WTF?! and rev's back then walks the guy like no other...that would be the best.
