I think thats different. Throwing a Pylon (I dont know what tat is) out of the window is useless. There's no entertainment to get from it unless you are hoping to cause damage.

The barrels thing is different. Its fun. And funny.

But I think you're gonna get in trouble for pushing your luck.

well, get a stupid hunting license. They should be in season all year round, to my understanding, Since there's an overabundance of them.
