More info on the vid... as mentioned before, yes... it's an M5 chasing an RS4. The video is not in Russia, it's in Germany. The man driving the M5 is none other than the Gumball's lovable fat man, Kim "Kimble" Schmitz. The guy's got an alright website if anyone wants to check it out. I believe there are some more videos of Gumball 3000 on there:

dear sirs, that movie was made several yrs ago on Moscow's circle way (MKAD)
you can look closer at carsigns or waysigns and that isn't rushhour for sure i suppose about 2-3 pm on summer's weekend first car is audi 4 sure
