Re: Pictures of your Street Racer Car (Not 56k friendly)

wow for about 2 seconds I was seriously baffled as to why I'm looking at a Grand Prix in Mr Luos's post.

But forgot, that's the daily. Nice car.

2001 Grand Am GT. Not bad for a daily driver, although I would like something less expensive.

On to the faster car....

I must say RedNeck that your car looks great under the hood. I had never seen a shot of the engine before.

Great, now I am even more envious of your car.

It's amazing what a little powdercoating will do to a motor.

Re: Pictures of your Street Racer Car (Not 56k friendly)

well here are a few pix of my old Maxima that i got rid of...

As you can see, i took off the "Nissan" and "Maxima" stickers off the back

I ended up taking off that ugly side molding...but i never got around to takin pix of it before i got rid of the car

Here is a pic of how the exhaust hung on the car

BTW...TerminalVelocity...did u use like the same set up as RedNeck's?? i see a different motor (essentially...) but like the same exhaust set up...i dunno if its different brand or wat...i was like "de j'avue..." lmao

i have pix of my new car already...i just need to get on a computer that has an A: drive to be able to upload them

Re: Pictures of your Street Racer Car (Not 56k friendly)

Nah, his car is slightly more done up. Exhaust is an Apexi N1, mine is a Megan Racing N1.

He's got more interior goodies. Looks nice, but not entirely needed. Stock gauges work fine really, but I wouldn't mind upgrading. Just so everything looks uniform.

Yes... but as you can tell in the pictures. That part of the car is self explanitory. Even if you don't know what they are... you should be able to tell they are not the same.

Remember Sesame street? "Which one of these is not like the other?"

hehe.
