This install is easy. 4 bolts on the manifold, 3 bolts on the downpipe. Disconnect 2 oil lines at the filter housing and pan. Disconnect 2 water lines. A few bolts for heat shields... one o2 socket for the sensor.
Note, not in that order It's 100% simple, but how EASY it is depends on your mechanical skills and if your bolts are stubborn. Gaskets are somewhat reusable, but if you hate the wrench time, you might hate having to fix a leak later. Manifold-turbo gasket, turbo-o2 housing gasket, o2-downpipe gasket, crush washers are reusable, oil return gasket... did I miss anything?

Not that I can think of, water lines are reusable also
