Oh ok I get it, but you really dont need the whole LICP for the 14b to work. It would be better, but if your on a bugit just get the short j-pipe. It works the same.

But if you have the money it would probably be better to get the whole LICP, I blew my intercooler pipe off while I was racing and thought I blew the engine!

This install is easy. 4 bolts on the manifold, 3 bolts on the downpipe. Disconnect 2 oil lines at the filter housing and pan. Disconnect 2 water lines. A few bolts for heat shields... one o2 socket for the sensor.

Note, not in that order It's 100% simple, but how EASY it is depends on your mechanical skills and if your bolts are stubborn. Gaskets are somewhat reusable, but if you hate the wrench time, you might hate having to fix a leak later. Manifold-turbo gasket, turbo-o2 housing gasket, o2-downpipe gasket, crush washers are reusable, oil return gasket... did I miss anything?

Not that I can think of, water lines are reusable also
