My brothers gf said in the UK, there is an actual tv channel called "watching paint dry". 24 hours a day, 7 days a week WATCHING PAINT DRY.

The best and only reality show I watch is The Amazing Race. It's more of a gameshow with some drama thrown in. But it's really good. Trust me.
