I do not understand why people get obese. Its like when you get the second chin, or your tummy bulges out so you cant see your feet. You might want to consider a change in what you eat. I see some really fat people, and I say lay off the fatty foods. STOP eating at McDonalds and other fast food places. I stopped eatng at mcpukes because I realized every time I eat at McTummyAche I felt bad. And I got a stomach ache. I am a tall boy, I should be around 250. I recently am breaking the 300 mark. So I tell myself, this is unhealthy, I don't want to become fat like most north americans. So I bought a membership at a gym. I buy healthy foods. Stop eating out all the time, or when I do, I order salads. I dont know what it is about fat people, do they have low self esteem? no willpower? I know there must be an alcoholics anonymous 12 step program for fat people. They just rip it off from AA, to suit their own needs. Its find.

Going on with the "stop eating everything you fatass" idea that CanaMark was going with. I went out to eat with the family (dad, stepmom, and stepbrother/sister) and we went to a trough some chineese buffet thing, we are all in good shape. 90% of the people there were about twice my size, and im a 220lb guy...its just sad.

PunkAlex does not encourage cocaine use. nor does he do it himself. he is skinny enough as is.

See the problem is you gotta sit the whole day in the bathroom, then you gotta buy a laptop to just visit AF, lol. Btw they did use tapeworms back in the early 1900s, they'd give you a pill with a tapeworm egg or something like that and it would hatch and viola instant weight loss!
