I really doubt that vinegar is going to make it safe to drink from. I wouldn't trust it. I'd just do what public says and buy a new tank and pump. Vinegar working on sunburns... possible (thats what the old folks say) but vinegar cleaning the car good enough to drink from? Im thinking no.

well just thought id get some feedback and boy did i ever. Public best and most logical answer with how to's thanx. The rest of you all i want it to look like its not there not a shitty lookin mini fridge falling all over my back seat with a mile of chord going to my cigarette lighter.(probably how YOU hooked up your ricer neons or somethin huh?) nah dude..cuz most of us would have more sense then to commit to an idea like that , its not smart to drink from a tank that held a poisonous substance previous to what you want in it. i myslef wouldnt even bother with the thought of putting a drink dispenser ANYWHERE in my car..if i wanted a drink i would take one with me..thats why they made cup holders.
