its called a starlight filter. its a little too much for me.

but the car looks good.

lemmi make it clear... I DID NOT USE PHOTOSHOP TO ADD SPARKLE... and i only used microsoft picture editor to blur my plates...

A starlight filter is a very thin piece of glass that has been polished in two directions, useualy people put this on there camera to make things that are shiny look really shiny. looks like it worked to me. I never said anything about photoshop.

....looks like a freshly waxed car, with the sun shining directly on it to me. my car does that, and its got paint from 1992.
