I don't give 2 shits what you drive, I was answering the question.

So my response didn't pertain to your "friend's" car? Is is not a 2k and up Eclipse?

I tried not to use any big words...

Edit: Last time I checked, "my" and "I" were used in reference to one's self.

Type like a fucking adult before throwing "kids" around, champ.

Be straight forward and at least LISTEN to advice given, even if it isn't what you want to hear.

I don't pull punches. If you (well, not YOU) get butthurt over things on a message board, please log off.

Just to add... read SSAutochrome's feedback, and note the 300+ pissed off folks.

Here is the feedback of the guy from the initial post. Only an Ebay member since Jan, and has 3 negatives.

Anyone need more convincing?

tell your friend to save his money or he will be buying a new engine. building a cheap ass turbo kit is possible, but you still need quality products. going with piss-poor products will make the engine take a shit. thank you and have a nice day

...I still don't understand how you're not into "%100000000" quality but then state you buy the best... Unless your friend was speaking vicariously through you at that moment.

In any event, like the rest said, if you or your friend don't or doesn't want to have to go through the trouble of getting a motor rebuilt after the collapse that a horrible turbo set up will bring then I would suggest the job is done right the first time.

Re: turbo question

talk to Max Rev. they designed a kit for the 4G64. johnnybgood was selling it, but he has decided to sell his business. the kit is showing alot of promise.

or you can go to www.club3g.com and PM Tearstone. he can give you information on, in many peoples opinion, the best quality kit made for the 3G. however, it will cost more than $4000 for that kit.

if thats too much, look into piecing a kit together. you can get most of the parts off of ebay. search this forum for turbo kits. we have a thread around here where we talked about the parts needed to build your own custom turbo kit. that would probably be your best bet if you want something cheap

Re: turbo question

Well not to be mean or anything but, you could have searched for that info dude. There were many threads that ended with what eclipsed4utoo posted. And for shit left in highschool? You'd be surprised about the stuff that people still do from highschool. Also you'd be surprised at how many dumbasses come here and give mis-info then try to back themselves up with no wall to back to.
