I'm really iffy on the exterior, but I saw the type R in SCC and it looked much better.

I sat in one at the NY auto show last night and was impressed. The seats were pretty suppportive and the steering wheel was small, thick and nice. The rally shifter Iwasn't too sure about until I played with it. It is actually intuitive. Seems like a blast to drive. Can't wait for a test drive.

BTW, enjoy, keep her clean and have fun man.

Congratulations. When I first saw the new Si, I hated it but after a while I'm starting to think it is ok... Honda did a terrible job using that puke color Si in their commercials. They should have used either Silver or Black, like yours.

I went to the auto show in NY on saturday and the SI was ok....i have some pics i'll post them later tonight. It just too much of a mix of a golf and a focus. But the rally style shifting isn't too bad its pretty cool actually.

The new Si's are sweet. I wish I would have waited to buy one instead of getting a civic coupe. My local Honda dealer just got one in last week and my salesman let me drive it all day saturday. Better than the regular civics, hell they even have more passenger and cargo room than the coupes and the are smaller cars. I think I'll wait to buy an Si though, rumors of them getting the 200HP RSX engine sound pretty good. Still not a bad choice, you can't go wrong with a Honda.

I saw it at the auto show, and i just cant get over the headlights. they make the car look like a focus had sex with a minivan. I do like the shifter and seats though.

also the CTR in SCC looked better

if you can get the CTR ground effects, i think thatd look swell

The headlights you don't like? Let me compare them to JayFidizzy's 99 coupe (just as an example)

The right image won't show until you go to this address:

Anyway, the shape is very very similar, except for the fact that my Si's lights are taller. It looks more like the 99's than you think.

it's that dry huh?

You should contact Spoon and see if they can't forward you some K20 parts that they showed at the Tokyo auto salon. A pretty penny I'm sure, but it'd be sweet.
